Signing on to view shipments
How do I create a new sign in?
From the Sign In screen, click on the "create a sign in account" link. Enter your information in the spaces provided. You will need to create a user name and a password. Try to choose something that you can easily remember. Once the form is completed, click the "Sign In" button. This will create your sign in account and you will be signed in to the web site.
How do I sign in?
From the Sign In screen, enter your user name and password. Click the "Sign In" button.
What do I do if I forget my password?
From the Sign In screen, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter your user name and click the "Send E-Mail" button. We will send you an e-mail that will allow you to change your password. If we do not have your e-mail address on file, you can create a new sign in account or contact us.
How do I change my password?
First, you must sign in to Shipments using your user name and password. Once you are signed in, click on the "Change Password" link located at the top right of the page. To change your password you will need to enter your current password once and your new password twice. You can also change your user name by typing over your current user name with your new user name and entering your password. When finished, click the "Save" button.
How do I sign in to a different account?
To sign in with a different account, exit your web browser, making sure to close all open browser windows. Start a new session by reopening your browser. You may now sign in to a different account.
How secure is my information?
Rest assured that all sensitive information is secure on its way between your browser and our web site. Our web server software uses industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for all pages containing private information pertaining to your shipments. The information your browser sends is encoded so it can only be read by our server, and vice-versa.
Where, you may ask, are the familiar lock or key icons that usually appear at the bottom of the web browser window?
Our web site displays pages in multiple frames. Most web browsers will only light up their security light if all of the visible pages are being encrypted. To make things quicker for your web browser, we only encrypt the frame that contains the sensitive information.
